Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@regalfeline.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided on your order or contact us for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
